If it's a WATER SLIDE decal, then all you need is water. Soak in water for about 10-20 seconds. Remove and see if the decal slides. If not, soak for another 10 seconds, etc. Make sure tha area where you will place the decal is free of dirt, grime, etc. Slide the decal from it's backing paper onto the car. Blot and smooth out the decal with a moist, but not overly wet sponge. Let dry.
