I don't own one (I may soon though), but I have used laptops with the multi-touch trackpads... and wow! They are really cool and nifty and definitely easy to use. I picked up the motions immediately having never used a touch sensor like that ever...not an iPhone, nothing. Take it from me, my first use of the trackpads were great and I can't wait to get a computer that has the technology myself. This is all without mentioning the fact that once you really start using the multi-touch on a daily basis, you will no doubt increase your productivity and adeptness at your computer!

As a side note, Apple takes pride in their ability to manufacture and engineer technology that is intrinsically easy-to-use and intuitive. You can usually trust them to make a product that works, lasts, and makes sense.
