How do I keep my Adrenaline going for longer periods of time?
When I play football I play better when I'm "pumped" and have as much adrenaline going through me as a shark who smells blood. I listen to music that gets my hyped before and I try to get angry and want to rip up everything and everyone in front of me but after 10-15 minutes it stops. How do I keep it going?
Actually, what you want is to keep your "noradrenaline" up, not the "adrenaline."
Your body produces adrenaline when you're really scared when, say, falling of a cliff or being threatened. Adrenalin is therefore also called a "hormone or a scared rabbit." sometimes.
When you play football, your body produces "noradrenalin", which is also sometimes called "hormone of an angry lion."
Anyway, you shouldn't keep your noradrenaline level up for longer than your body normally does because it puts extra stress on your body: your vessels get expanded and many body organs work "double time." There are some chemicals that can induce noradrenalin production, which I won't name for YOUR OWN GOOD because if you'll use some chemicals to keep noradrenaline level up for long time, your body will get overly exhausted and you'll get more harm then good for your self.
You might quickly develop a fatigue, which is a feeling of constant tiredness, no matter how much you rest or sleep and you'll not want to play football at all then.
