Motor Oil truck flow meter air bubble preventing ?
Please help with following case?
Think about an oil truck which is pumping inside its strorage tank the used oil by its own pump. The flexible hose is installed to the used oil tank in the facility. When pump starts there are always air bubles in the pipeline. The dencity observed is below to what it should be. This causes pump running dry & flowmeter measuring low accuracy. Any suggestions please? If you can attach solution pictures or schematics, it will be great.
The fluid system needs to have the air bled out of it. Normally done at the physically highest point in the system.
You will have to find that yourself since I cannot see the equipment.
If no bleeder valve is present, you may have to install one at that point.
